With two convenient locations in Bloomingdale, IL and Bolingbrook, IL, we provide both in-person and telehealth sessions. Our team works with you to guide you through the challenges of life, develop new outlooks and skills to manage stressors, and gain a better understanding of living an authentic life that is “Essentially You”.
