Life can present us with various challenges and it’s essential to have a safe and understanding space to navigate them. I’m often described as approachable and easy to talk to, and I’m eager to engage in meaningful conversations with you.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, offering individual and family therapy. My primary focus is on helping individuals overcome a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and trauma. My approach to therapy is centered on collaboration and empowerment.
Remember, you don’t have to journey through life’s difficulties alone – I’m here to walk beside you on your path to well-being.
Why I Chose To Be A Therapist
I chose to become a therapist in order to empower others and help them find a light in the darkness. I strongly believe that progress is possible for everyone, even if it is through one tiny step at a time. An important part of the healing process is finding support. Sometimes facing problems alone can feel overwhelming and hopeless. Sometimes we all need someone to listen, offer another perspective, or help us find tools we’ve been missing to function at our best. Sometimes we just need someone to believe in us. As a therapist, I get to do all of that. I consider it a gift to be a part of my clients’ journeys.
