Does something in your life need to change but you aren’t sure how to make this happen? Maybe you’ve thought about counseling but you’re nervous about reaching out for help? I believe every person has a unique life story and their own journey that is no one else’s. It’s okay to ask for help. My non-judgmental, laid back and down-to-earth personality will allow you to open up in a safe and comfortable space and together, we can find the right plan that helps you achieve your goals.

Throughout childhood, adolescence and adulthood, life has obstacles and challenges that can present themselves unexpectedly. It is my passion to help my clients conquer these obstacles by educating, empowering and encouraging them to achieve their most impossible goals and improve their overall quality of life.

While I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families, I also enjoy working with adults and couples.

Why I Chose to Be A Therapist

Many people are surprised when I tell them I’ve dreamt of being a mental health therapist since middle school. I remember going through some really difficult family issues at the time. I felt alone. I felt that I couldn’t go to my family and my friends just wouldn’t understand. Although it took some time, I finally turned to my school counselor for help. Suddenly, I wasn’t so alone. I felt heard, understood and validated. I knew from that moment on that I wanted to make a difference in the world. I wanted to be that person for someone else. I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

Your mental health starts with you. Let us help you on your journey.
