Masters Level Therapist
Bloomingdale/Bolingbrook
As a dedicated mental health therapist, I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment. My approach is rooted in the belief that each person has the innate ability to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. My goal is to empower clients to embrace positive change, cultivate resilience, and foster a deep sense of self-awareness. Together, we work collaboratively to navigate life’s complexities, build meaningful connections, and embark on a journey toward personal growth and fulfillment.
I am committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, building resilience, self-acceptance and developing a positive self-image.
Why I Chose to Be a Therapist?
I chose to become a therapist because I understand the importance of taking care of your mental health and in my culture therapy is taboo. As a child, therapy assisted me in changing my behavior and helped me recognize I was bored and needed to be challenged. A goal of mine is to help remove the stigma behind therapy and help unlock the potential in others.
During my 4th and 5th grade years of school, my teacher saw the potential in me and motivated me to maximize my potential. I believe the person I am today is greatly influenced by my childhood teacher. I became a therapist to do the same for others. I think no one is broken, everyone has potential that has not been unlocked and it is my pleasure to help unlock the hidden talents, skills, and personality.
Your mental health starts with you. Let us help you on your journey.
