Meet Us – Ashley

Ashley Holmoka
Student Intern
Life can bring unexpected obstacles, and it’s normal to feel like you need a little extra support along the way. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, or something else, I’m here to help you find your path forward. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, challenges, and goals. I have a special passion for working with children, adolescents, and families, but I’m also open to supporting adults as they navigate their unique challenges. I believe in an empathetic, down-to-earth approach where we can work together to uncover solutions that make sense for you.
Why I Chose to Become a Therapist
I’ve always known the power of therapy, not just as a career, but as a personal journey. After being diagnosed with anxiety and ADHD in high school, I struggled to find the support I needed. When I finally connected with a therapist, it gave me the tools and strength to heal. That experience showed me the importance of having someone to talk to, someone who listens without judgment. From that moment, I knew I wanted to be that support for others. I believe that everyone has the ability to create meaningful change in their life. My goal as a therapist is to empower you to overcome obstacles, discover your inner strength, and work toward your personal growth and well-being.
