Student Intern

Taking the first step towards therapy can be intimidating, but it’s also one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself. I believe that therapy is not just about overcoming problems, but about discovering new strengths, insights, and possibilities within yourself.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as, but not limited to, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress management, and relationship difficulties. I approach each session with openness, thoughtful curiosity, and a balance of humor and directness. My role is to support clients not only in exploring and understanding their experiences, but also in creating meaningful shifts that allow them to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether this is your first time in therapy, or you’ve been on a journey of growth for a while, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can unpack your experiences, discover new ways of looking at things, and find strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and fulfilled in your life.

Why I Chose to Become a Therapist
I chose to be a therapist because, for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to listening to people’s stories. I’ve always been the friend others turned to when they needed someone to confide in, especially during times when they felt like they had no one else to lean on. Those moments showed me the importance of simply being present and offering a safe space where someone feels heard and understood. I believe in the power of human connection and the ways it can transform lives. Becoming a therapist allows me to foster that connection.
